Elevators are located on the east side of the stadium by gate B and on the west side of the stadium by gate E.

Interpretive Services

If you would like to request interpretive services while attending an event at Camping World Stadium, please contact us at 407.440.7900 (click option 1 then option 1 again) or email us at boxoffice@orlandovenues.zendesk.com at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled event date.

Parking Information
-
Disabled persons must be able to present a disabled placard along with their pre-paid parking permit to gain entry into designated lots on event days.
All Americans with Americans with Disability Act (ADA) patrons are required to pay for parking per Florida Statute.

Phone Orders
-
Phone orders are accepted until 24 hours prior to an event or until the event is sold out. To place an order, call 407.440.7900. Customers may pay with MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover. (No C.O.D. orders will be accepted). Orders received seven working days prior to the event may be mailed at the customer’s request. Any remaining orders, or orders received less than seven working days prior to an event, will be held at the will-call window for pick up. There is a $6.00 handling fee per order. Patrons should have the following information available when placing the call:
- Name, date, and time of event for which they wish to purchase tickets
- Credit card number and expiration date
- Full name as it appears on the card
- Complete mailing address to which the tickets are to be sent

Restrooms

Large restrooms with amenities for disabled patrons are located in each corner of the stadium as well as on the main concourses. Each restroom is equipped with disabled stalls with grab bars and 36” wide doors.

Seating Information

Ticket information for disabled seating is available by calling 407.440.7900.
Designated seating for patrons with wheelchairs allows three companion seats per wheelchair. There are 412 disabled seats with an additional 412 companion seats in the stadium. The locations are around the plaza level and the corners at field level. These seats are available exclusively to disabled patrons until general seating is sold out.
Limited additional seats for guests of wheelchair patrons, visual impairments and mobility impairments will be held until the day of the show or until general seating is sold out.

Sensory Accessibility Resources

Sensory accessibility resources and dedicated sensory rooms are available inside the Camping World Stadium. Visit the guest services booth inside Gate A for more information.

Special Service Animals
-
Service animals are animals individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability. Guests with disabilities are welcome to bring their service animals inside the stadium. Service animals may not use additional seats unless a ticket has been purchased for the adjacent seat.

Disabled seating locations are available in almost all price ranges when an event goes on sale.

Wheelchair and Usher Assistance

Camping World Stadium provides complimentary wheelchair escorts and assistance to guests with special needs when requested. An escort is available from point-of-entry into the stadium and to your seat and again from your seat to your point-of-exit at the conclusion of the event. Please note that neither staff, nor the wheelchair, will remain with you for the duration of the event. There are no wheelchair escorts available outside of the stadium.
Wheelchairs can be requested by texting 407.440.7447. Security control does not facilitate wheelchairs or golf carts escorts. No advance reservations can be requested.

Wheelchair Seating

Wheelchair accessible and companion seats are available at locations throughout the Camping World Stadium, offering guests an array of prices, amenities and lines of sight. Seating locations vary depending on particular events. It is important to indicate if you require wheelchair accessible seating when purchasing your tickets. Window Sales

The Camping World Stadium box office is only open on event days. For in-person advance ticket purchases to Camping World Stadium events please visit the Amway Center box office located on the north side of the Amway Center along Church Street. Box Office hours are from 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday. Complimentary 15 – minute parking is available for ticket purchasers. Patrons must specify their needs for disabled seating in either wheelchair or impairment sections.

Mobility Cart Service

A courtesy cart service is available to mobility impaired fans from designated areas surrounding Camping World Stadium. Courtesy cart service will begin at 11:30 am to Gates and Fanfest on Tinker Field.
There is a main mobility hub tent on the east and west of the stadium with wheelchair service to gates.
Cart Service will continue until one-hour post-event.
